I have been a Columbia SC-based Journalist and Activists since 2015. With a longstanding interest in a wide variety of topics, I’ve built an extensive journalistic portfolio and have become a leading voice in the media. I regularly contribute stories to a number of print publications and websites, always pursuing honest and engaging stories.

Have you ever considered the affect music has on your entire mindset and Character? Like a good artist music isn't really pivotal until it age's gracefully after 20yrs.Let's think about it this way. And this is just a hypothetical example. What genre or brand of music were you listening to between the ages of 18-25??Now did those songs have a specific impact on shaping your character today??And how nostalgic do you get today listening to those songs. Are feelings and smell's of your High school hall's buzzing through your head. Or do you think about a major life changing experience during this time.If you're like me or around my age range (cough cough) then you were listening to the sound's of Eminem, 50 Cent, Young Jeezy, Lil Wayne, Fergie, Black Eyed Peas, OutKast etc. 18-25 was a era you had to be there for in the early 2000's .
Now here's an even crazier Idea. Now 18-25 is the most influential time period in everyone's life right?! So let's think about what our politicians were listening to in that time period of their lives . How did it shape their life views of today and how does it subconsciously affect their decision today. Can you really imagine what Joe Biden was listening to from the ages of 18-25? Or that in the next 15-26 years your next congressman or presidential candidate would be quoting Mad or Jay-Z in their platforms.
Music is an integral part of humanities evolution and progression . It explains what we are going through, been through, where we are headed. Everyone has their taste and genre of their liking.What is your preference and how has it shaped your life today?JGhost
